(1) Wanna know whether you have a fresh fish?

Easy.
Place fish in cold water.
If float, it means it has been caught recently.

(2) To prevent celery from turning brown, please soak it in lemon juice and water before refrigerating.

(3) Lettuce should always be torn. Never cut or the edges will turn brown faster.
