But, the person who texted me is such a nice colleague, i couldn't reply immediately.
I am stalling for time ... but my answer remains the same.
I went to chat with my senior and wow! i'm impressed by her reply.
"我的看法是问你自己当初你是因为什么而离开这间公司？如果只是因为别的公司也不是很好就吃回头草，而本来的公司也没有什么改善，那你以后还是依然会面对瓶颈。为什么这间公司一直请不到新职员？其实这间公司有很多问题，福利不好，又诸多限制，老板朝令夕改，整间公司的运作和做法完全是依赖老板的意愿而走
其实事业和爱情是很像的，为什么有人明知道前男友烂还是要吃回头草，追根究底就是怕面对另一个陌生环境的改变，怕适应新的环境，宁可呆在自己曾经熟悉的环境里。至于旧的公司或男友有没有进步也无所谓了。可是等你呆久了，你回头看看，你会发现你浪费很多时间在犹如一潭死水的地方， 慢慢腐化你自己"
